Add new fields

Hi,

I'm interested to know how I may add a couple more fields so they would display in the store locator.
I'd like to add a secondary phone number field, e-mail address field and possibly a contact person name field.

But I assume all the fields are somehow assigned in the module code itself and just adding few fields to the content type won't make much of a difference.

So could anyone let me know what changes and where are necessary for them to display?
