Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but I can't see what I need to do to get tax information passed to Paypal by Express Checkout, looking in the logs it shows [PAYMENTREQUEST_0_TAXAMT] => 0.00.
The actual prices being sent over are gross (including tax, VAT in my case) so the charge to the user is correct but the Paypal receipt shows VAT as 0 which I believe is a problem.
My setup is simply using commerce products specified with no included tax, ie my pricing goes in net and the tax is added later. I have the tax module, under which I have created an item called VAT which is configured to apply a tax rate to a line item. This tax gets added under the product pricing rules Calculate Taxes.
If anyone can point out what I am missing in the configuration I'd be very greatful.
