Allow all local languages mapped to remote language to be found

Problem/Motivation

See title. This can't work as then the mapping from remote to local will be mapped to first and possibly wrong local language.

Proposed resolution

- Validate results, make sure that each remote language is only used once.
- Allow to ignore local language by selecting undefined/ignore as remote language.

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_639. But the problem is that the remote list is provided by the translator, we'd need to add this, but we don't even always have a list...

I have added a merge request to this issue that allows translation to work when more than one local langauge is mapped to the same remote language.
