Dynamic Maps don't work when zoom parameter is last

Problem: Dynamic maps don't work because the Google Maps API throws an error when the zoom (z) parameter is last in the order.

Resolution: Change the order of the parameters

This patch changes the order of the dynamic map parameters.
Note: this patch was created with "git format-patch".
