We are currently developing and came across this great Module. The trouble I'm having is letting users know that they have been Granted access to EDIT the particular node.
My specific use-case works along with workflow; an active commenter is asked to submit a revision. The user is able to access the node just fine and submit the next workflow stage but it would be great to have an e-mail automatically sent to the user letting them know that they have access and perhaps allow a time-limit until that access expires.
If not then I will find a way!
