Allow translation of "Timer Completed" message

The "Timer Completed" message can now be translated through the User Interface Translation screen.

This MR! 17 resolves the feature request.

I've tested this and it was not possible to locate the "Timer Completed" string translation to Portuguese (Brazil).

I've added the Steps to reproduce this issue.
