feeds_xls prevents generation of other templates due to hijack of generic importer generate template url

Problem/Motivation

After installing feeds_xls, I can no longer generate a template for a CSV based feed parser. Instead i get the error:
The requested Feeds importer does not appear to be using the Excel parser.
(which is true!)

To reproduce, configure a feed that uses the standard CSV Parser with feeds_xls enabled and attempt to generate a CSV template from the feed using the CSV parser.

Proposed resolution

Use a different url in the hook_menu entry in feeds_xls.module that defines "import/%feeds_importer/template" to allow the default hook defined in feeds.module to remain valid.
