When who can register? Visitors, but administrator approval is required is set, the approval pending mail is not sent to the registered user but a message is shown in the site that a mail with further instruction has been sent, which may cause a bit of confusion to the newly registered user.
When the admin approves the account mail is sent and everything works great. Nice module btw.
