Get oEmbed to work with CKeditor

This feature request is to provide a CKEditor integration for the oEmbed module.

Original issue by trainingcity

I can't seem to get oEmbed to automatically recognize a link when the field uses WYSIWYG module or CKEditor module with CKEditor.

oEmbed works perfectly if I remove the CKeditor (or click on "Switch to plain text editor"). I tried removing all other text format enabled filters except oembed filter and/or oembed legacy filter but nothing seems to work. Checked all permissions, etc. Again, oembed easily picks up the url and embeds the video (in this case youtube) when the field uses "plain text editor".

Double checked all WYSIWYG Module settings, switched to CKEditor Module and double checked all those settings.

I tried disabling the media module (7.x-2)

I want non techie site users to be able to paste an oembed url into a CKEditor configured field, hit save, and have the video embedded.
