okay, so just a quick idea: imagine if there were an admin option for radioactivity that allowed for a site admin to designate an icon to place (by default) to the left of a node title on a node view (or within views, etc, when title is place) that shows a small "trending icon" (like a zigzag arrow or whatever a user decides to upload).
then the icon could be clicked and link to a view of all trending items (some simple 'path' for the icon, in a typical use case it may link to a custom views page that shows "trending" items based on radioactivity)
would this be interesting? to me it would allow for content all over a site that appears within views of all kinds to drive 'clicks' by virtue of a simple icon
i realize that taxonomy can support an icon - but creating a rule and trigger that assigns a term based on radioactivity seems like overkill (and not sure if it's really possible in a practical way for users)
