fb_stream: Post to multiple walls in one node create/update

It would be very useful in some cases to be able to post to multiple walls when saving a node. For example, a business has multiple locations and (for whatever reason) runs a separate Page for each location. However, they may want to post information (such as an article or recall notice) to all of their locations at once.
