Just noticed a couple of small problems in commerce_marketplace_funds.pages.inc - the page errors out with:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in */sites/all/modules/commerce_marketplace/modules/commerce_marketplace_funds/includes/commerce_marketplace_funds.pages.inc on line 142
I've attached a patch, though it's the first one I've made so apologies if I've not got it right.
