Do not redirect if destination is not accessible

I am using this module along with this patch as I needed globalredirect module features as well. One thing that is missing in this module is, if destination is not accessible to user then the redirection should be cancelled.

Use case:
Suppose admin creates a redirect with source:i-am-here and destination:node/223. After some days admin user plans to unpublish the node. Anonymous user will get access denied if he visits i-am-here link.

The requirement is bit specific, but we may need this in future.
