Need to be able to remove operations from the list

I can add operations but I'm unable to remove them. If I accidentally create more operations than I need I just have to refresh the window without saving - otherwise I get an error about there being no value for 'name'.

I may try my hand at modifying the module (for D6) if I get the time (and have enough talent.)

Otherwise, this is exactly what I need - an excellent module!
