Add Action: Cancel user

I've found that spam users have a telltale signature that can be identified by Rules' data comparison function. I'd like to trigger an action that automatically cancels/deletes such user accounts as they're created, but don't see a "Cancel user" function. Might it be added? I'm not a programmer, but guess that it shouldn't be too hard to implement.
