1) "Daily Proverb" block changes every refresh of the page.
2) Golden Verse configuration doesn't control "Golden Verse" block but the Daily Golden Verse (which should be daily anyway).
These configuration settings should control the "Golden Verse" block.
3) "Quotes of Religion" block change every refresh. No settings to control this.
