I've tried just about everything I can find about applying patches and trying to flick on and off settings to get the CKeditor to appear on my body fields. created new filters, applied options to those filters. added HTML purifier, tried countless things... still no CKEditor 4.0, 4.0.1, and 4.0.1.1 showing up in the Body field. Patches i've tried are completed successfully, yet no changes.
I'm losing my mind on something that used to be so simple. just drop and go.
it doesn't appear at all, just a blank white space.
I'm using the Garland theme to simplify troubleshooting.
CKEditor is definitely found in my libraries folder and it seems active in the filter/formats settings pages and the wysiwyg profile page. yet still no show.
