Add filters to list-changes/drupal to filter change notices by those that relate to *issues* priority and category

Problem/Motivation

There are a lot of change notices (which is good). But hard to go through them to identify which are important... or to just filter them based on what someone is looking for.

Proposed resolution

Add filters to http://drupal.org/list-changes/drupal to filter change notices by those that relate to *issues* that were/are critical/major (priority) or that were tasks/features (category)

Remaining tasks

  • find other issues that need to be fixed/opened in order to be able to add this feature to the change records page.

User interface changes

Adding filters.
