MySQL update/import queries

Searched through the issue queue and this seems to not have been asked:

Anyone know of a way to update redirects and/or import redirects strictly using MySQL queries alone?

The redirect.`hash` column makes me think this won't be doable. I have done successful updates on existing redirects via MySQL in the past. I think the parsing of query parameters will be difficult. Was going to ask for help, do some research, and see what can come.
