Customize user ad list in users profile and add some custom tabs

Hi. So my client requested that in the user page where you have tabs like View and Edit, there's a Ads tab, so he wants to add a custom link to the tabs called Create ad, which is just a simple link to create/node/conten-type, but I have no idea how to do that. Or maybe if that's not possible, then maybe somehow to add a link inside the Ad tab, just above the table of 'Content Expires'?

And when the user has no ads created, in the users Ad list it shows empty table with 'Content Expires', so it looks nice when I add some CSS like table width 100%, but the client wants instead of an empty table to show message 'No ads' or something like that, just without the table titles.

Using Drupal 7.15 and latest version of Classified Ads.
