Option to remove "Upload" button on User Registration

Great little module, perfect for getting the user picture "usable" with Profile2.

Just an FYI to others:

Need to remove option to "Upload" image on user registration as it is likely to cause "You are not authorized to access this page" error.

I added the image field to the initial user registration page as well as the profile2 page. When a new anonymous visitor begins to complete the user registration process, they are prompted to browse for their preferred user image. This action will upload the image and no further action is needed other than to complete the registration and select "create new account".

Again, great little module that makes the user photo usable everywhere in the site.
