How to use?

I'm new to barcodes, just learning.

I took a look at your nice demos on: http://qr.insready.com

..wondering HOW can I do something like that? (several types / text fields / areas combined together and data showing up in one barcode -image?)

PS. I tried to look at the "readme.txt" and "barcode examples" but found no solution.
