Since Drupal 7 is now end-of-life I am closing some old issues for the 7.x branch of this module.
I have just started using the recipe module, and so far, very impressed.
In the time I have used this module, I notice that there was a bit of a confusion on "unit" being used for ingredients like "1 avocado". I also noticed that leaving the unit field blank results in an error message stating that it is not valid...
Wouldn't it make sense to not have "unit" on the drop down and have blank replace "unit"? It already says unit on the field label itself, and it might make more sense than saying "1 unit avocado"
Just a thought.
