As of #3266927: End Install Profile Packaging on Drupal.org in August 2023 → , we are no longer packaging distributions with patches applied.
I *think* this is the right queue, but I could be wrong.
http://drupal.org/node/1541150/release creates a funny picture, because we apply multiple patches to the Aloha Editor library. It seems like each one is listed x however many patches there are in total. (e.g. there are 4 total patches to aloha editor, and so each individual patch is listed 4 times. When we were only applying 3 patches, these were each listed 3 times)
Maybe missing a distinct or something?
