Hi,
It would be helpful if a site admin could configure which path the "Update" module installs new modules into.
I maintain a collection of "default" modules in sites/all/modules and I want my user-installed modules to go into sites/default/modules. Currently, when a user installs a new module, it goes into sites/all/modules. I'd like it to go into sites/default/modules instead.
