Modify link's title output

Hello,

First thanks for this module, it does perfectly the job!

I would like to have the link's title printed in a div just after the link, like that:

<a id="link-id" href="#">My Menu Link</a><div id="div-link-id">My Menu Link's Title</div>

I do believe I need to update my template.php file, probably use hook_menu_link_alter?

If anyone would have any idea how to do it, it would be nice!
