Display extra data from response xml

Hi,

I would like to display additional information on the shipping page for the user:

<GuaranteedDaysToDelivery>
<ScheduledDeliveryTime>

and display this data in a similar way to the UPS website
EG:

Looking at the response xml, the <GuaranteedDaysToDelivery> gives a number, eg: 1.
If we get todays day, take weekends into account we can work out what day it will be delivered by.
<ScheduledDeliveryTime> gives the time, eg: 9:00 A.M, so this bit will be simple.

This would be a great feature to commit to the module, Im trying to take a stab at it myself but the maintainers might be able to do it alot faster than me!
