AddField method for Bundle object

I see a lot of people that have trouble adding fields to an entity type (or more accurately a bundle). In ECK we already abstracted EntityType and Bundle into useful OO objects, so maybe adding methods to encapsulate common use cases, like adding a field, could be very useful.
