Add option to Line Item Summary to display count of line items for "quantity"

Essentially I need to use the line item summary to show x items just like the current functionality when "quantity" is selected but I want to count every line item as one regardless of the quantity on that line item. On my site quantities are often quite large so the summed quantity is less than useful and this seemed like a reasonable addition to the base functionality so I'm providing a simple patch.
