Upgrade to drupal 5.x

I just managed to update the first half of the remindme.module to drupal 5.x.
The module now lets remind you to event nodes. There is some taxonomy
logic inside the module, but I didnt touch this so far (even don't know,
what it does, as I don't need this feature).

This is my first patch -its my first real code contibution at all. So please test it,
if you need this module . It works for me. I will update the po-strings and review
the code. The taxonometry part might be the next step.

And then, I will need a CVS account ;-)
