Undefined Variable: admin_links

Complete error message:

"Notice: Undefined variable: admin_links in include() (line 33 of /Sites/openpublic/sites/all/themes/sub-themes/sub_openpublic_eu/views-rotator/views-view--home-page-feature-rotator--block.tpl.php)."

As a workaround, copied the above .tpl.php file to the sub-theme folder, then commented out the offending IF statement (lines 38-40).
