Problem with popup

I have been toying with your script and have created and tried to scrub out the 'store' aspect and make it more of a locator, not so specific to stores.
I am having trouble with the popup, perhaps I am not understanding the modules and how they are working together. When I click on one of the map markers it loads up a popup that contains the entire page theme again, with the title GMap Info Window. Perhaps I don't have the right .tpl file or view created. Can you help pinpoint were I should be looking to fix this?
