After deleting the Advanced profile, Full HTML profile doesn't load

I only want to use 2 text formats:

• Filtered HTML, which does not allow any HTML input,
• Full HTML for administrator use.

Since there is no point loading a WYSIWYG for filtered HTML, I deleted the Advanced profile, but without it the Full HTML profile does not load. The switch on/off link below the textarea is also missing.

I also tried to remove all buttons from Advanced, hoping that the editor will just get the message and stop loading for Filtered HTML, but it won't save the settings. So apparently CKEditor needs a profile for Filtered HTML, and it wants to load at least some buttons, no matter what. I'm reporting this as a bug but it might be by design. If so, please consider a no-show option for Filtered HTML as a feature request.
