Administrator's Dashboard has disappeared

Hi all,

Hope someone can help me.

First, I'm using Drupal 7 which this form won't let me report.

Second, I'm building a drupal site for a class, it's due Friday morning (4/15). Was working on the finishing touches this afternoon when all of a sudden I tried to configure a new module (to upload images) and my dashboard disappeared.

These were the error messages:

Notice: Undefined index: search_block_form in drupal_retrieve_form() (line 736 of /home/elinhan1/public_html/drupal/includes/form.inc).
Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'search_block_form' was given in drupal_retrieve_form() (line 771 of /home/elinhan1/public_html/drupal/includes/form.inc).

Initially, I thought it was a webhost issue, but my webhost thinks it's a MAYO issue, I think something happened with the modules, though.

I can find the file, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to change.

Any suggestions?
