Filter "User: Current" not working for feed (csv) attached to page

I use filter "User: Current" for my view. When feed is attached to page display, placed in node tab and user who is not the author visits the tab he can see the csv link. Fields are hidden but the link is there. I tried attaching to node content display and there is all good. Fields are hidden, csv link is hidden. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
