Taxonomy: Term ID (with depth) - Problems using filter

Following error message when filtering with Taxonomy: Term ID (with depth):

Strict warning: Declaration of views_handler_filter_term_node_tid_depth::operator_options() should be compatible with that of views_handler_filter_in_operator::operator_options() in require_once() (line 8 of .........\views\modules\taxonomy\views_handler_filter_term_node_tid_depth.inc).

There were more errors last night until I applied the patch: http://drupal.org/files/issues/views-1025518.patch, so that seems to have got me part way to a solution.
