out of the blue last night suddenly my activity stream started double posting. Looking for some ideas on what might be causing it. Only thing I had done was add fb:social and activity is still double posting after removing it.
seems to only be doing it to users in certain roles
not browser specific, occurs in both IE and FF
seems to occur when commenting on forum topics only creations, comments on polls, blogs etc ok
