I am attempting to use Nodereference Explorer with a Node Revision Reference CCK field (http://drupal.org/project/revisionreference), since it is important for me to link one node to a specific revision of another.
The revision reference field should work very similarly to the node reference field, but I find myself a bit out of my depth here.
I have created the plugin files (nodereference_explorer_plugin_content_revisionreference.inc and ..._revisionreference.js) and refactored them to refer to revisionreference_..., but the following glitches occur, and I am not sure where to start looking for the causes:
1 - The node explorer loads fine for the field, but lists nodes of ALL types, not just the types this field is allowed to reference under "Content types that can be referenced".
2 - The node explorer does not return any values to the revisionreference field, not even the nid when the dialog closes.
3 - I have yet to figure out where to pass the vid to the field instead of the nid.
4 - I noticed that the "Preview display" selection field is empty for the revisionreference field, but not for nodereference fields.
Pointers and assistance greatly appreciated.
