AddField should replicate UI in adding field to form/view displays

Problem/Motivation

When you use the 'AddField' tool call, currently it does not replicate the behavior in the UI to automatically add the field to the form and view displays. The default view display behavior used to be part of settings that we should double check, and follow what the UI behavior is.
