For fields like radios and checkboxes, it's possible to configure options to have a description, but no text
these look fine on the form
however, once you go to review the results, it looks like the data has been lost
or as a spreadsheet, also confusing:
I'm not quite sure. Maybe for the results, if the text is empty, instead show the description or maybe the value???
