on selective publishing dropdown user is only able to see one error message , even when there are multiple errors

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create page titled as “Page01“ , keep URL alias as “/page“ Click on Review 1 change , Click on Select All then click on Publish 1 selected
2. Create page titled as “Page02“ , keep URL alias as “/page“ Click on Review 1 change , Click on Select All then click on Publish 1 selected
3. Create a code component named as “code02“, add some global css , then click on Review 3 change , check items page03 and code02 and publish

Expected Result

As here the publish fails for 2 items , it is essential for the user to be informed about both errors. Currently, only one error is mentioned, leaving the user unaware of the second issue.
