Permission to delete own community events

The one downside I can think of is clearly communicating cancelled events. If someone has planned on going to an event, or a 3rd-party like https://www.drupical.com has picked up the event, the event disappearing could go unnoticed. If someone sees an event leads to a 404, they are at a dead end for knowing what might have happened with an event.
