Postponed on #3284945: Install endpoints that leverage Package Manager + core APIs → as this would be building on whatever gets completed there.
GUI dropdown should allow user to remove the module
If the module is not enabled, the dropdown that has enable button should also have another item as "Remove".
Once clicked, it should remove the module from codebase.
Package manager "stage" api could be used to perform this action.
