Node which is public can not changed with a new time

Problem/Motivation

I have Drupal 9.2.7 and the beta4 module installed.

Steps to reproduce

I have a published node (with paragraphs). I install the module and after that I changed the public at date to 5 minutes later. I think the new revision for this node comes only at the new time (in 5 minutes). But the result is, that the node is direct online after saving (and not in 5 minutes later).

Proposed resolution

I set a time in the future (5 minutes later), and I want this revision published on this future date.
